Martha is originally from Midland, Ontario and re-located to the Barrie area and enjoys what our community and surrounding area has to offer her and her young family.
About Martha
Martha is a graduate of Georgian College studying the Practical Nursing program and obtained her license to practice Nursing through the College of Nurses of Ontario in 2015. Martha has working in Long Term Care and in the hospital setting at Royal Victoria Hospital in our local community. She has furthered her nursing practice and obtained post graduate education and training with a specialty in advanced medical foot and lower limb care holding her membership and registered title “Podortho®” Nurse through The Ontario Podortho Nursing Association Inc. www.opnassociation.ca Foot and lower limb care is a sub-discipline of nursing whereby nurses are trained and educated to provide care to those who require assistance with their lower limb and foot concerns.
Martha is known on our team of fabulous Nurses to provide comprehensive care to all our Feet for Life clients. Our clients say they always feel comfortable and have been provided with the best solution to their lower limb health concerns when they receive treatment from Martha. Martha provides accurate Podortho Nursing health assessments of the foot and lower limb and develops individual health care plans for all her clients considering all health-related concerns that may affect one’s health and quality of life. She recognizes mobility and comfort can have a profound effect on one’s general health and everyday life aiming to improve and support her clients with every treatment she offers.
Martha looks forward to meeting all our FFL clients and providing a healing and relaxing environment addressing all her client’s health, wellness and lower limb concerns.
